Lenze PLC Control
The plc-controller is equipped with the modern high servo technology of Lenze.
Operation via user-friendly touchscreen. Combined with remote access via the Internet, this provides the user with the highest possible reliability and flexibility.
Continuous High Accuracy
Because of the unique resilient through feed system at the bottom and the Servo controlled pressure bar at the top, the workpieces are always forced against the 0-point over the entire width, facing the exposed side up.

Finger Joint Line
The Marinus finger joint line consists of an end profiling machine with finger joint profile tools – glue application, discharge belt and press.
Wooden parts of a variable length are in the machine equipped with a finger joint profile. During the return stroke of the carriage two parts (end and front) are applied with glue. Subsequently the parts are brought together and are being pressed in through feed.

Operation of the press:
The pieces are being prepared in the Powermax with a special finger joint profile. At the same time the glue-unit applies the pieces with glue. After this, the boards are being transported into the press. In the press the boards are pressed together with a pressure of 14.000 Kg. (adjustable). After jointing, the boards are transported further.
